At PaperPath, we take pride in the quality, exclusivity, and limited nature of our products. Because each piece is produced with intention, all sales are final. Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.

SALE ITEMS

  • Sale items are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only available for items that are not marked as sale.


SIZING ISSUES

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.
To help you choose the correct size, each product page includes:

  • Model specs

  • Fit guides

Please review these carefully before purchasing.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange.

To qualify:

  1. Email us at paperpath.apparel@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the damage

Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible.


RETURN PERIOD (FOR ELIGIBLE ITEMS ONLY)

For items eligible for return (non-sale, non-damaged exclusions):

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns received after the 14-day window will not be accepted.


RETURN CONDITIONS

All returned items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Item is unworn and unwashed

  • Item is in resalable condition

  • Original tags and packaging are intact

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Items not meeting these conditions will be rejected


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Costs may vary depending on location and courier.
